Good food for good health


We need food which gives energy. So we eat to live. Our scriptures says, "Enjoy the world but not let the food eat you". Gita says " For him whose habits of eating and recreation aer controlled and regulated who is balanced in sleep and working, and whose actions are disciplined yoga becomes the destroyer of pain" Food what we in take will keep our minds quiet, positive and under control. Such food is known as satwik food (soft food, which digest easily) example: fruits, vegetables, milk, honey, dry fruits, lemon, whole grain cereals etc. Eating Meat, fatty foods, canned foods, drinking alcohol makes mind dull and lazy. So choose the food and eat.

Nutrition food always keep us healthy. Over eating is bad. Some times we must give holiday to eating, at least once in a fort night.
