Mash a few strawberries in a bowl and add one table spoon mayonnaise to it and mix well.  Leave it on your hair stands for about half an hour and wash it off with a regular shampoo.  Use it once every month for a glossy shine.

This is a great pack for a glowing skin.  Make a paste with a pinch of turmeric, one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of milk and a few drops of rose water.  Add aloe vera gel to the paste, mix it well and apply.  Wash if off with water and pat dry.

Ingredients

1 cup Rice

4 tbsp Green gram dal

Water -5 cups (4 cups for ven pongal and 1 cup for jaggery)

Cashew nuts -10

4 tbsp Ghee

1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

1 ¼ cup Jaggery

Method

Grate the jaggery, add one cup of water and heat for 2 minutes till it gets melt. Mix it well till.

Add rice to it and again heat for 3 minutes. Add Cashew nuts and cardamom powder and mix it well again.

Add the cardamom powder and roasted cashews for flavour and mix well.

Now it is ready to eat.
