To do any work one should be physically fit. The body has to perform the life's duties well. A healthy body is the first requirement. Unless one is healthy nothing can be achieved. That is why the adage "Health is wealth. Men can enjoy the good things of life only if he is in good health. Maintaining good health is one is the requirement of personality development. Health is not merely free from diseases. It is not only physical health but mental health also.
To keep fit we must do some regular exercises, running, jogging, yoga, meditation. aerobics, skipping etc., With all these one can maintain their Blood pleasure or sugar levels though out their life.
