It is not easy to dissolve the stress but if you practice some then it will be possible, try these

1. Develop positive attitude and have positive thoughts
2. Plan daily routine to build up self
    confidence and will power.
3. Keep the environment clean.
4. Do physical exercise in open field
    in the early morning.
5. Deep breathing exercises.
6. Don't stick to work always.
