How to avoid stress

The foremost thing you have to do is that you must understand the various stresses you are facing and the reactions of your body and the mind towards them.  You may have become frustrated.  Then you observe how you succumb to stresses.

Relax your mind.

Learn how to reduce you bodily reactions appeared due to stress.

Slow and deep breathing bring your heart beat and breathing to normal.

Learn same relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, yoga postures to get yourself relieved from muscular tension.

By stretching various muscles tightness is released.

Do massage certain aerobic exercises also gives a pleasant feeling to mind.

Dancing helps in relaxing the body to some extent.

Listen good music.

Laughing to some humour relaxes the muscles.

Be jovial. Join in some laughing clubs

Morning walk, swimming, cycling, eating balanced food enables to keep the body rejuvenated.

Avoid tobacco, alcohol and cafene,

Work while you work play while you play that is the way to be happy and gay.

Relax a little or for a while during your doing work.

Develop friendship with good people.

Treat both failures and success as same and feel they are ordinary.

Do not give way for emotions. Balance emotions.

Avoid anger, from anger arises delusion, delusion promotes confusion of the mind, confusion generates loss of reason, and finally loss of reason leads to complete ruin.

Mental stress is an inseparable part of our modern life. Therefore we should have built in defense.

Develop positive attitude towards life.

Positive mental attitude helps a lot. It reduces worry and anxiety.

Keep mind calm and cool.

Entertainment, merriment brings job to our body as well as mind. Relieves tension.
