Relax your leg and hip joints

Sit on the floor with both legs stretched out in front.  Place your hands on your knees and keep your back erect. As you exhale bring all the toes together and spread your toes out as your exhale.  Make sure you exercise just the toes. Don't move your feet.  Repeat this exercise 20 times.  This exercise will ensure that your legs and hip joints are relaxed.
