Remove mental limitations through meditation

Meditation removes mental limitations. Mind is a bundle of thoughts.  Moreover the mind is always attacked by thoughts and we become victim of thoughts.  The mind goes on using us.  To bring the mind to our control few exercises are necessary.

Meditation is one such exercise, when the mind is in conflict creates sorrow.
Meditation is the art of letting go sorrow.
Meditation is not silence. It is the art of being awake.
Meditation helps us discover the higher self.
Meditation will control the mind

We usually think meditation is silence and silence means the absence of sound. But...
Silence is the presence filled with life.
Silence is not a product of thought but a space from which thoughts exit.
Silence is the gap during the thoughts

Whenever a problem troubles you and you find no solution or no one to help you, better go into meditation. Mediate till you find the solution. Definitely you find some solution.
